A City in Distress

dis·tress: (noun)-extreme anxiety, sorrow, or pain.

This city is in Distress.

Some do not sleep nor rest.

Anxiety has creeped in, not knowing whose house they are going to hit next.

Children can’t even go out and play, fearful because they might not see another day.

Drive bys in broad daylight, but still can’t find the suspect in sight.

Traffic checks have become more tense, ever since armed n dangerous jumped the ditch.

Rural communities are not off the hook, because that was the route the suspects took.

What do you do when a city you love is in Distress?

I don’t know about you, but I know someone with answers.

He tells me to sit and watch, because the prophecy must be fulfilled.

Watch how I recover and rebuild; the people must know who I am. God Almighty-The Great I Am!

Psalms 119:143-144(KJV) Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet thy commandments are my delights.

The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live.
